RE: Surplus Classroom Portables
Wapato School District #207 is hereby giving notice, according to RCW 28A.335.180, of property declared surplus by the Board of Directors. The surplus property will be available for purchase to the highest bid.
Description of property: 3 – two-piece portables. Each portable is approximately 66 x 31 square feet. Two portables have teaching space availability with restroom facilities. The third portable has a kitchen area, 4 general areas, restrooms, and a laundry room.
Bids must be delivered to the Wapato School District Atten: Kevin Hill or Sylvia Bazan at 212 W. 3rd Street, Wapato, WA. Bids must be submitted on the District’s bid form and must be in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Portable Bid”. Bids are due May 1, 2026 by 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened on May 1, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids/offers.
Payment for the portables is due by May 15, 2026 at 1:00 PM and payment can be made at the Wapato School District office. All items are sold “AS IS” and all sales are final. Sales tax will not apply and purchasers are responsible to remove the portables at their own expense. Wapato School District #207 will not transport or deliver.
The portables will be in use until June 15th 2026. The portables need to be removed from WSD property between June 17, 2026 and June 22, 2026.
