RED ROVER RESOURCES, QUESTIONS, & SUPPORT

 

The Wapato School District is transitioning to Red Rover beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. Red Rover is a Absence Management, Sub Placement, and Time Tracking software system that will be replacing Aesop Frontline. 

In Red Rover, you will also be able to create and review your scheduled absences, pre-arrange and communicate with substitutes, check your PTO balances, upload lesson plans, and much more!

The buttons to the right will give you access to the Red Rover website, a FAQ document where the District will answer questions from employees, an introductory letter with instructions about how to access your login to Red Rover, and a basic operations guide that provides step-by-step instructions on a variety of tasks you may use.

These documents outline the requirements for forms within Red Rover. They are slightly different depending on the type of employee. All employees are subject to the pay period lock out schedule posted below.

    Attendance Clerks, Print Shop Assistants, Testing Clerks, Records Clerks, Home Visitors, Migrant Recruiters, Pupil Personnel Specialists, LPN Educational Assistants, LPN's (District-Wide), COTA's (District-Wide), and Social Workers

  • Forms - PSE

    Custodians, Bus Drivers, Bus Mechanics, Cooks, Kitchen Managers, Food Service Delivery Drivers, Maintenance, Paraeducators, and Non-Instructional Aides
