Enrollment/Registration Home

The Wapato School District will be accepting applications/enrollments for the 2026-2027 school year beginning March 2, 2026.   Please review all of the information below.  It will help make your student application/enrollment process go as smoothly as possible.

Enrollment Eligibility Age Requirements

  • WELCOME PreSchool: Must be 3-years old by August 31.
  • Transitional Kindergarten (TK): Must be 4-years old by August 31.
  • Kindergarten: Must be 5-years old by August 31.
  • If you are enrolling an elementary school student in grades Preschool through 5th Grade you can determine which school your child will be attending in the 2026-2027 school year by referencing the list below.

    • Simcoe Elementary School: All Preschool, Transitional Kinder and Kindergarten students
    • Camas Elementary School: All 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grade students
    • Adams Elementary School: All 4th and 5th Grade students.

As many of you may already know, the District will break ground this summer (2026) on a new elementary school, which will eventually replace both Camas and Satus Elementary Schools. As part of the vision of bringing the new elementary school online, the District is reconfiguring its elementary grade levels so all students in each of the grade levels are served at one school (shown above).  The transition to this grade-level model will take place in time for the start of the 2026-2027 school year.  Once the new elementary school is complete all the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students will move to the new elementary and the Camas building will be demolished.

  • You will need to provide the required information listed below in order to register your child for school:
