Wapato School District “District” is requesting proposals for Pre-Bond Consulting services for creating a Capital Projects Program “Program”.  It is the intent of the District to select a “Consultant” to assist with preparing timelines and prioritization of current and future capital projects, and to prepare documents and strategies for potential bond or levy measures.
